I was just looking at bumping this one again as well - but I promised not to be cranky if it went beyond 3 weeks. I'm happy about the "impending" news - thanks all

Given that my recepetor is 'in the mail' this is great timing. I'm thinking Ivory is going to get a sales spike in October.

It should be posted on Plugorama later today or tomorrow at the latest.

Amen! I've owned the software for 10 months and haven't been able to use it yet. Looking forward!Ben [KVR] wrote:It should be posted on Plugorama later today or tomorrow at the latest.

I have ordered Italian Grand and expect it Monday. The install instructions on Plugorama are geared toward the total install of Ivory with (or without) IT Grand. I'd appreciate any tips or comments from anyone just updating and adding IT Grand to an existing Ivory install - Will I need to (re)authorize the entire software, rerun the Ivory library tools etc? Thanks

You can just install on top of the existing ivory. Move the italian samples once u get them to the Ivory Items folder. Ivory requires u to reauthorize when u add Italian grand, to get a single code after tying ur copy of ivory with the italian grand serial number.
Look at the Synthogy website for instructions on this.

I'm a bit confused about the authorizer for Ivory with Italian Grand - The dialog looks different than the authorizer on the PC:
Authorizer on the PC says:
Code: Select all
Synthogy Ivory 1.x (Win)
Machine ID (XXXXXX)
Current authorization status:
-Ivory 1.x Plug-In/Application [Authorized]
-Italian Grand Expansion (EP1) [X days remaining]
You may enter an Unlock Code (not your Serial Number) in the field below.

To be clear, I uploaded the 1.63 MRPK and installed successfully, then uploaded all of the Italian Grand 'dat' files. I then launched 'Ivory' from the 'Run Utils' menu.
Thanks, Regards,

.... he plays Italian Grand, while being reduced to a blathering idiot verbally ....
What was I thinking? I left my boxed Italian Grand unopened until the Receptor release. I installed it yesterday on my PC and then Receptor. What a beautiful instrument and amazing playability! I'm hard pressed to find sampling artifacts.
Cheers Muse! Well worth the wait.

Kevin L
PS Farhan: Thanks for the notes. I got the authorization working.
