The comb module does plucked string type PM nicely. But waveguide flute/sax type stuff would be nice too, Urs. I wonder if those base algorithms are license area?

I heard that the Waveguide patents have just, or are just about to, run out.

Having envelopes triggered by other sources than note on (LFO's etc...) would be a good one...

It's not a patent issue... it's merely a question of time... ridiculously I have no idea where all the time goes currently... must be an age thing. I think there's a trigger and one morning one wakes up and the rest of the day is like one hour from dawn till dusk. It's freaky how little stuff I get baked in a day, but maybe that's also because the current work is pretty boring...

Anyhow, I'll happily add more models/features once the current phase of improvements (usability in the first place) is finished...

Cheers,

;) Urs

P.S.: A remark on the request for more synthesis methods maybe - many oscillator effects should be seen as synthesis methods all by themselves. Three of them for example are variations of Phase Distortion and produce quite CZetty sounds IMHO...

Phase Distortion always struck me as amazingly boring sounding FM...

+1. I also find the all FM modes except the top one relatively useless.

I think a set of SENSIBLE TOOLS for SpectroBlend mode could deliver a lot more mileage (nobody offering additive synthesis has ever managed to get this right).

Idea: I'd love a button that "freezes / applies" oscillator effects to the current (Spectro-) Wave.
Pretty please?

Aren't the osc waves minute compared to how long (in cycles) it takes to do osc FX though?
