Urs,
from the Read me PDF in the 2.2 update package:
"It's furtherly recommended to remove existing files associated with Zebra 2.0, such as the infamous (but now deprecated) uhe_data directory on Windows."
Can you be more specific as to where exactly this is?
Cheers,
bagginz

Has anyone else noticed that there is there more of a delay between clicking on a parameter on a module and it becoming available to edit? I would guess it's now about 300 ms
Maybe it's my imagination (or my setup) but editing Zebra 2.2 suddenly feels clunky to edit.
Anyone else?

Hmmm... is that from a previous beta or from V2.1?
It may be related to the crackles described in other threads, or even crashes in FL...

Do you mean did I install the 2.2 update over a 2.2 beta or a proper V2.1 release?Urs wrote: Here it's definately instantly...

It may have been installed over the 2.1 beta on this laptop which I am testing it on. Can't remember actually...
I am using Zebra 2.2 in both Cubase sx 3.1 and Live 6.10 here.
Regards,
bagginz

It's all about "when did it happen". Version 2.1 came out 9 months ago. Beta versions for 2.2 appeared here on the forum ever since July.bagginz wrote:Do you mean did I install the 2.2 update over a 2.2 beta or a proper V2.1 release?
If I knew that at least one of the beta versions was snappy enough, I could rule out all changes made from January to July...

Hello Urs,Urs wrote: It's all about "when did it happen". Version 2.1 came out 9 months ago. Beta versions for 2.2 appeared here on the forum ever since July.
the delay started happening after I installed the 2.2 update 2 days ago.
The delay is noticable now whereas before I was unaware of any delay at all.

Hmm... I'm not seeing that in Live (same version you're using), or in Sonar, or in any of my other hosts.bagginz wrote: Hello Urs,

Urs,
whatever that version is, it works perfectly.
I have both instanciated in Live 6 and by direct comparison the original 2.2 update has a noticeable delay. This ( Z22_WinDebug.zip) one is totally immediate.
Cheers,
bagginz
