BTW it is still crashing on my system.

tracktion 2.1.0.1.11 on an imac g5@2Ghz with 2GB RAM running system 10.4.11 :(

It only happens when i try to make default on the cinnamon gui. Also, I cannot change the size. It just changes the zoom level within the gui's window. ei: if I make it smaller there is a lot of white space and if I make it bigger I cannot see the whole gui.

Love this plugin!!

thanks

:)

Hmmm... I thought I had that one covered...

Have you moved MFM2.vst to the Library in you user home directory (as described in "VST USERS...")?

It's absolutely possible that Tracktion won't let you resize the window. In that case you can probably close/open the gui... if not... not...

Anyhow, I havn't got Tracktion on my Mac. I'll grab the demo and have a look...

Thanks Urs! That helped.

If I would just read the "read me" or manual instead of diving right in. LOL :dog: However, I have all my u-he plugins in one folder so I moved the whole folder into the users plugin location. Do you see any problems doing this? If so, I can move just the MFM2 plugin in there.

So, it does not crash now but, the gui resize is the same. No biggie (no pun intended) I can live with the normal size.

thanks again :D

Cool!

You can move all plugins... they'll all inherit the GUI stuff from MFM, so they'll all have the potential crash problem in the root Library folder. Whatever this is. I've talked to some people and all they do is look in sheer disbelief. It must be related to file permissions, but no-one has any idea as to why this is...

Cheers,

For the record, the gui resize works in Tracktion 3 on PC.
Thanks for the cool update, Urs! :)

So... here I am again. I'm not sure why but I always have issues with every u-he plug in, and I own them all.

It seems that if I let the installer it wants to make a folder called u-he inside my folder that's called u-he. Silly. If I stop it from doing that and have it put the plug in in the root u-he folder... Live does not see it. Weird. Am I doing something wrong?

Weirdo... can't think of any reason, but what about installing it where it wants and then moving the .dll files into your desired location?

Happy New Year,
