Uh, the transition thing is more clear now... Let me think about it...

Do you mind to explain one thing? Just to satisfy my curiosity: the exibition will be organized with different spaces each with his painting and music (with different amplification systems), maybe in a cyclical shape?

The cyclical shape is intended for the "piccamira:period" to refer to the latest painting "ReInKarnaCircle", for the "linearstructure:period" it will be a straight. linear walk !
Surely there will not be different amp systems ... except Donald Trump invites me to arrange an exhbitions with my paintings :D

The paintings will surely have more space between them and on the way you have time to reflect and be exposed by the transition and the respective tune will be played for the different paintings !

That's the concept ... if you guys have more ideas ... give it to me ! ;-)

How do you manage to sonorize all the the paintings and transitions then?

For the vernissage, a DJ and a VJ will do the job ;-)
Means the guided exhibition (by the nice, sweet lady you remember) will have its own dramaturgy (with a live band and me on drums :)) and the tunes will be played when the people are standing in front of the painting(s) !

For the following days of the exhbition there will be mp3 players for all :D

Wow great :D
Ehm, no I can't remember :( Who is the nice sweet lady?? :-?

About live music: you are going to play the songs you have on myspace? KArmagAddon is amazing!! Anyway a lot of great stuff in there!! :o

I mentioned her before ... but she doesn't want to be too much a part of the public ;-)

Maybe I will play with a jazz band ... so we will play some standards in a modern way ... some Miles Davis tunes 4 sure ... but also funky tunes and some music of me ... if it'll be "KArmagAddon" ... who knows ... maybe if Jazzy did an amazing vocal track :D

"Spammy Little Punky Buggers"
will surely not be a part of
This just was a silly little track (for the annoying spam kids of B. Ether), played by me on drums, bass and guitar :)

But at the moment I am recording some cool tracks, I think some of them will be in the show ;-)

Just had the time to relisten to "Weeds" !
It's really amazing with how few elements you're able to touch ones heart !
You created the same mood like in "Le Mirobelle Schnaps" !
Absolutely great ! :tu:

thanks, drumity. that does mean a lot...especially good to hear on a day when everything I have set out to do has turned to sand :P
thanks for the kind words :D

You're very welcome my friend ! ;-)
Please readopt the tune, 'cause it will be the perfect transition and background for the exhibition !
The people will surely get in the right mood for the show :D

I actually have pictures in my head ... "weeds" in with a crescendo and a cool lightshow ...
then a voice far away, like from another solarsystem
"Please fasten your seatbelts !" ...
and then me an the band comes in with "Freedom Jazz Dance" of Miles Davis
:band2:

hi drumity,

is the project closed already? I may be able to finish another song that I started last Sunday. It is inspired by this picture.

No it isn't ;-)
I will announce it in time ... at the moment my current work schedule doesn't allow me to design the portfolio ... my students getting more and more and I make an argument for the 30-hours-day :D ... so you guys have time already !

Awesome you did choose "TypoGraphical" and I am looking forward what you will come up with ;-)

Exactly the same thing that is buzzling in my brain :hihi:

Before you say "Ok then do another track!":

Drumity: you have to to do the 14th track to stop the curse!
