Urs,
I also love the big GUI sizes - and it's been at least a day since I last mentioned it.

Looks like it 8)

Cool deal...I gather Michael's new sound set can be rolled out soon, then. New sounds sets from Michael and Howard have helped save me from blowing a wad of cash on analog hardware twice already. I need another infusion to stave off the latest outbreak of analog synth lust and remind me why I really don't need one, LOL. 8)

Just to confirm. The update Zebra2.3. nov19th works great with no problems on Mac OSX 10.3.9. In Live6. Both skins work great. No problems here.
Live crashed on exit the first time I used the 2.3upgrade, but never crashed after that first time. I haven't tried the VST yet.
Is it alright if I trash the vst version, as I don't use them on my Mac? Worried it might cause a permissions problem with the package installed not matching the vst folder contents.
Thanks alot for this upgrade.
Zebra2.3 is awesome, like it alot.
Peace,
Michael :D

In Zebra2.2beta I only had the AU installed. Now that I have Z2.3, it installed the VST's. I don't need them. Is it alright to throw those VST's out? Would it cause a problem with permissions because the Zebra package includes the VST's that would no longer be in that folder?
Thanks,
MC

Just throw them in the trash... you can also throw the RTAS version out if you don't need it 8)

Bug? I removed EQ1 from the FX chain and it is still visible. Moving the EQ controls does not have any effect on the sound, however.

I am using RC3.

Normal. Click Delay1 in the Grid to make it go away.

One effect is always visible even if none is used.

I'm still seeing dropped notes in Live 7 with the VST. An easy way to trigger this is to freeze a clip with a note at the start of the clip.

Thanks. :) Another question: why do some OSCFX (Turbulence, Ripples, Formanzilla, etc.) affect the sound even when the 'Value' knob is dead center? How do I control the wet-dry mix of those effects?

So if RC3 is a winner, does that mean it'll be available soon as the final version for 2.3?

I'm pretty sure the dry mix is to have them turned off. Just turning any OSCfx on has an effect. By turned off, I mean no OSCfx selected, is the dry mix.

is there a way to change the default sound? I prefer a basic saw or sine to start from usually..

I'm pretty sure it was dropping some notes at the start of loops, and half way through strangely, on my 10.5 OSX Live 7.0.10 setup.
