Again a silly remark ? :)
Hehe what? :-)

Mute/solo added to "to-do" list. Btw. you can mute/solo drums, do you think this is necessary?

Well, somehow I don't understand if you want it or not :D. (I'm not native english speaker, so maybe that's that :-( )

I'm another non-native english speaker... Sorry

So clearly, yes, a mute/solo per track would be very useful.

Here's a thought. I see that each individual drum sound can have its own set of effects, which is nice.

What are the chances for a "global" FX setting?

We already thought about it. But it seems a little unnecessary, since in VST you would use the host anyway. On the other hand the standalone...

I haven't delved into the VST mode yet, but...

In standalone, would it be possible to implement a universal playback/stop with the space bar?

What are good reasons for using stand-alone at all?
I'm so used to using vsts in host that I don't have a good idea of merits of stand-alone use.

It kind of bugs me that my host must be playing in order for the patterns in MDrummer to play. Is there a way to fix this?

Most of the time this is the case. But sometimes I just want to create in the app like I do with Guru. I'm not looking to do any songs just some sound/loop/rhythm designs. Either way, its six of one and a half-dozen of another really.

I can see that stand-alone might let the focus be more on MDrummer itself.
What are other best uses for stand-alone?
Is it easy to transfer what you create in stand-alone back to vst and back again to stand-alone?

Pretty much all stays right there. Look, truth be told, it doesn't matter really. I do 90% of what I do inside one DAW or another. Is it just as attractive of a app without stand-alone mode? Yes it is. And if it didn't have it available I wouldn't miss it 8)

Most or all of my stand-alones never get used.
