Well, the load problem not withstanding, there are some very good "new" sounding presets in this collection. Also some variations on already existing presets that go to the next level...Good job! I'm buying

Hello,
after having some trouble with the fxb-bank-file i had the chance to test the patches now. It's was more or less a fast browsing through the patchse (around 20-30 minutes) but enough for a first review.
The bank contains Basses, Leads, Pads, Sequences, Synth-Patches (Polysynth) and some FX. In my opinion this is not a genre specific bank but it's more general purpose. Some patches are vintage style, some are trance or techno style and some are really fresh sounding. Some patches are even "digital" sounding like e.g. "PD BellPad CYF".
So far i found no patches which are bad, all are really "usable". The soundset should be for anyone interested in electronic music. Should be no problem doing a complete song with this. The overall sound quality is very good. Thanks for this sound set.
Maybe a more detailed review will follow.

nothing against your sound bank. I own it since today. Very high quality sounds which I think are worth the 40 Euros.
Below i collected links for commercial Sylenth1 soundbanks with prizes. For example on http://www.vstsoundbanks.com/ you get 2 Sylenth1 banks 256 patches (2 x 128). For both banks together you only pay 9.95 Euros. Most of the patches in those soundbanks are awesome. I just wanted to show that quality does not always have to be expensive.
GENERAL INFORMATION: Commercial Sylenth1 soundbanks with prizes
http://www.cfa-sound.com/ - 128 patches for 40 Euros
http://www.dancemidisamples.com/Sylenth ... -Bank.html - 128 patches for 13 Euros
http://www.vstsoundbanks.com/ - 256 patches for 9.95 Euros
http://www.maximumsounds.com/ - 128 + 10 patches for 16 Euros
http://www.arksun-sound.com/ - 128 patches for 25 Euros
http://www.adamszabo.com/ - 20 Euros (only 64 patches, other 64 patches are included in the factory banks)
I also own the "Radio Carbon" soundset from Nucleus SoundLab which is no longer available (KVR news and link: http://www.kvraudio.com/news/7902.html) - prize was 19.95 Euros for 128 patches.
UPDATE: http://teamdnr.mediashift.net/2009/01/2 ... signature/ - 8 Euros for 64 patches

Ingonator, thank you very much for gathering this info into one place. It's very useful indeed.
Lennard, is there a chance you might make Ingonator's new links thread into a sticky please?
Kind regards.

Thanks, checked the Radio Carbon patches. You are right. They are in the factory bank now. The link will be added to my list. I opened a new thread for this here:ttoz wrote:you do realize latest sylenth version includes radio carbon as one of its factory banks right?Ingonator wrote:
