So you're not a troll?muadib wrote:elxicano wrote:You joined KVR just to start a virus vs. softsynth thread?
Virus Troll is right.
shut up elxicano!
yea for the most part.. the code is highly optimized for precision and performance. I paid 1100 for my ti desktop. you could probably compare the performance of the nord g2 vs the nord g2 demo to get a feel for processing performance required to pull off 1 dsp emulation.MCnoone wrote:Isn't Virus just a $3000 soft synth in a box anyway?
nope, im a pirate, Arg!elxicano wrote:So you're not a troll?muadib wrote:elxicano wrote:You joined KVR just to start a virus vs. softsynth thread?
Virus Troll is right.

I don't have to be mature. I'm from America.muadib wrote:yea real mature here.. . why dont you practice your stand up in front of your friends.. im sure they will get a good laugh..
(Honestly, it needs a little work.)

It worked for me, only I had to start touching myself with great vigor once I realized that I didn't like how the Virus sounds.
I hope your music is more creative than your comebacks young padawan.justin3am wrote:I don't have to be mature. I'm from America.muadib wrote:yea real mature here.. . why dont you practice your stand up in front of your friends.. im sure they will get a good laugh..

Your Virus still sucks.
I can't possibly be the only one that sees the irony of your reply to this muadib.muadib wrote:someone's laughing all the way to the bank...tboulette wrote:MOTHER OF GOD! Is this for real????bmrzycki wrote:Silent Source Signature Ceramic Power Cord
So, you really did join KVR JUST to start a flame war. Congrats and have fun.muadib wrote:nope, im a pirate, Arg!elxicano wrote:So you're not a troll?muadib wrote:elxicano wrote:You joined KVR just to start a virus vs. softsynth thread?
Virus Troll is right.
shut up elxicano!
So, are you a unicorn?
please refer to post #13, page 1 ... thanks.
I can't believe I'm feeding this ... err ... pointless troll ... but see those words highlighted in bold and italics, "in comparison"? That is the only reason, the answer to your question. So why play the game? Why get involved? Why not just enjoy the sound for what it is?muadib wrote:when I play my zebra it sounds good, but then when I turn on my virus ti it sounds like crap in comparison...
Oh, you know you're having fun, schooling the poor noobs like me. I'm just making it nice and easy for you. I'm glad you like your synth. It's just too bad that not everyone agrees with you. And yeah, some of us have access to West Lake Audio monitoring systems and such.muadib wrote:I hope your music is more creative than your comebacks young padawan.justin3am wrote:I don't have to be mature. Really, you are overstating it to call the Virus crap. It aint no Zebra but it is a solid synth. And if you really think it sounds like crap in comparison with Zebra, then use Zebra. You can get decent cash for the Ti.muadib wrote:when I play my zebra it sounds good, but then when I turn on my virus ti it sounds like crap in comparison...
