There's nothing in Eloquence you can't do in your DAW too. Theoretically!
For me it is a very nice brainstorming tool. I start with a damn simple pattern and then fool around with loop, slowdown and retrigger action, try different loop lengths, pitch bends (which of course you can set up to do something different than pitch bendings), breaks, chords. I think, every time I used the plugin so far, I ended up with something I wouldn't have found out in the MIDI editor of my DAW with pure deliberation.
Maybe call it a tool for quite untalented people
