purchase using paypal

Even though I have plenty of credit available the purchase of plugin would not occur via Paypal credit. Why would this allow me only to purchase via transfer from my bank? the option was greyed for using Paypal credit.

Hey, when I used the option "PayPal" I was asked to login to the PayPal web site. Then I logged on to PayPal, and after that PayPal displayed my default method of payment, which is via bank wire transfer. I believe you can change that default payment method from your PayPal profile? So I dont think that has to do with SWREG , our payment processing partner.

Well I would believe it to be Paypal yet made no sense to me. i had strange quirks like this before via Tiger Direct as well. And when i called Paypal they said it was not them of course. But at any rate it didn't leave me an option for the plentiful bounty in my credit and asked I use the bank account. I double-checked the site to make sure the credit was well above the price and was good.

So, did it work out for you eventually?

No. It would still no let me although my default is to use the Paypal Buyer credit for transactions. It states on the new terms of agreement on site that if it feels a site might be fraudulent they will force you to use the debit card. I would wonder if anyone else can use their Paypal credit from your site. This has only happened once before to me. I have plenty of funds in account to buy via credit.

That's really odd because SWREG.org is a well known payment processor among software developers. For Instance, Reaper is using them as well!

I sent email to service at paypal for now and will see what they come back with. Yes it is odd. I sent them the URL as well.
