Yes, I was able to reproduce to reproduce this.raikard233 wrote:Thanks for your patches, i've tried them and lightly modified one going into a problem using it:Hlis93 wrote:29 patches for ACE. The result of getting comfortable with it yesterday, the patches are probably not so great or not so desirable for everyday use, they are mostly noises, but here they are if you so choose to…

With Ableton Live 7.0.18, i've created a midi loop clip using ACE, when i've added a second instance of ACE, i've noticed a light hi-freq cutting off from the first instance, like as the filter was closed a bit!
I've did nothing than tweak a bit the patch and then adding the second instance of ACE on the second channel, no automation or something like.
Then i've tried to select the same patch on the second instance and the first instance of ACE restarted to play correctly like before!!!
Anyone that can reproduce this? (Obviously better trying with Hlis93 patches)
Here a sample, you will hear a difference in the highs that's coming when i add in the 2nd channel a 2nd instance of ACE:

Here's my Hlis modified patch:

Problem 1 process: Made two midi tracks, Midi 1 and Midi 2. On Midi 1 I add an instance of ACE and selected Funny lead 2. I then recorded a loop you hear this from the start of the audio clip. Around 0:06 I added another instance of ACE on Midi 2 you hear the change in the sound. At 0:08 I have selected Funny lead 2 and you hear the sound return to normal. And the Recorded sound for both Midi 1 and Midi 2 sound correct.
Problem 2 process: Made two midi tracks, Midi 1 and Midi 2. On Midi 1 I added an instance of ACE and selected Funny lead 2 and then recorded my loop. On Midi 2 I added an instance of ACE at 0:08, however I selected a patch from the local patch menu. You will notice the sound for Midi 1, Funny lead 2, does not return to normal.
This does not occur with the other patch selections; I can only reproduce it with Funny lead 2 and a second instance of ACE added only after the first instance is in play. After I have selected Funny lead 2 on this second instance I can so anyhting and it works fine.
I using windows XP with an AMD something, and Live 6.
