I've debugging this for the past couple of hours, apparently Fruity Loops doesnt send SM2 any key stroke messages, but it doesnt process them itself either. Something is wrong, but couldnt figure out yetkeel wrote:NiceHow about that spacebutton thing? Are going to fix it? Have you any clue how to fix it, or something?

Hey, I just hope you'll revisit the Distortion, and also add those saturation/analog boost thingies to the to-do list.
And how far did you go with the filter analysing?

I'm gonna have to postpone the changes until I release the OSX versions.rectus_dominus wrote:Hey, I just hope you'll revisit the Distortion, and also add those saturation/analog boost thingies to the to-do list.

Low end it is very very fat and balanced. Best VSTi for bass sounds IMO! So, when you have extra time, make mids and highs very fat and balanced too
Edit;
First; Absolutely better reverb. But i can live it, i use third part reverbs anyway.. This is in gategory "must" have. L-R Width in echo. Now you can't control ping-pong delay at all.
Second; change echo 1/8 dotted blaa blaa to simply 2 step, 3 step, 4 step. OR to 2ms 3ms 4ms and so on.. I think it would much more clear to new users / newbies like me
Third; Why not rename echo to delay? It is more used and clearer term for new users / newbies like me
Fourth; Maybe right click on knobs would pop up little window where are listed presets like 1 step, 2 step, 3 step and so on.. Would speed up your working alot!
Fifth; Some kinda limiter / compressor.

Maybe having a way to use band-stop and bandpass filters easier? (With 1 knob only)
Handling 2 knobs is messy for automation and quick-changing, even with inverting.

++Possibility to assign globally control change for each knob/fader and MIDI learn capability. ++
++Allow to enable midi out functionality for working with external remote controllers (for Total Recall - I mean every button and knob transmits CC messages upon changing presets). ++

The first was in my plans, I havent thought about the second though. So, the plugin outputs MIDI CCs?Roman Wisniak wrote:++Possibility to assign globally control change for each knob/fader and MIDI learn capability. ++

Exactly. Just for total recall of all settings in remote controller (i.e. Behringer BCR-2000 or other build on endless knobs or motorized faders). In this way we avoid of rapid changes in sound when knob is moved or avoid accidental change of a knob position.

apart from my wish to actually be able to use my sustain pedal without doing anything special I would also like if the browser could use a modifier key to select only one category at a time (actually I would prefer if it did so by default for the first column like kore sounds does, but I realise many may like how it is currently done), but I would love to be able to after having selected bass presets to be able to hold down a modifier key and click on pads and have it select pads and deselect bass.

Midi out functionality is something very rare in vsti's. For unknown reason. Thanks to midi out and some remote controllers (i.e. Behringer BCR-2000) we could use vsti's like real hardware synths.

And what kind of messages can SM2 handle? CC, Sysex, NRPN?
