Edit; Any news about that SPACE LOCK in fruity? Have you found a fix for that?
If it's not too diffucult for you could you post a screenshot? Or email me at support AT kv331audio DOT com ?

Choose OSC1 (or 2) -> Choose Additive osc tab -> Move your mouse cursor on the shape section aka waveform. Now scroll your mousewheel down, it will change waveforms. Now scroll up, nothing happen.

Is this clear enough? or do i have to post screenshot? :P

Yes I think it's clear enough!

The thing is, once you scroll down to the upper/lower limits the value stays there: i.e. the first value is "Sine", so if you scroll down to Sine wave, the waveform stays there even if you try to scroll down more.

Shall I change that so when boundaries are reached, the value wraps around?

Ye i notice that it will stop on that sine. I think it would be best if scroll down = Next and scroll up = prev. So you can browse different waveforms using mousewheel. Just do it similar like to browsing long website, example :)

And of course that sine stop "lock" away.

Sry for my bad english

EDIT: I just found little graphic bug.

It's not in the line :D

Without reading through all the pages; has anyone else noticed that the volume on the Arp isn't working - or am I doing something wrong?

That volume basicly controls the MIDI velocity of the generated note. Unless you modulate any voice parameter via MIDI velocity it will be ineffective.

Don't know if this has been reported, also don't know if it's actually a bug or just a pathological preset.

Start up the standalone version of 2.0.3.3, select preset 'Southwest Sequencer 2', press and hold any key. Number of voices and CPU load slowly rises to 60+ voices and ~50% (on my machine) over the course of a minute or so. Release the key and they drop very slowly, as in ten minutes later it's still showing 50+ voices in use and 40+% CPU.

The resources only get released when you switch to a different preset. The numbers don't match up but you can see the described CPU usage profile in Task Manager.

Post

Also, strictly cosmetic, but the format code for the CPU % field in the status bar is buggered up: the display varies (randomly?) between 0, 1, and 2 digits after the decimal point.

This could be a problem with the preset. I'll fix it next week.

Synthmaster is apparently only sending the left channel to Sony Acid Music Studio. When I move the pan control to the right, there is no sound, and of course the ping-pong delay in some of the presets isn't being heard. I assume the same thing happens in Acid Pro? I double-checked and other synths are panning properly, and Synthmaster in standalone mode pans properly on my computer, so this is strange. It's not a big deal to me, because I'm happy to use standalone mode exclusively, but I'm curious to know if others using Acid MS or Pro are experiencing this. Maybe it's only an issue with the new build?

That's really an odd behaviour. I'll look into it in the next build.
