Update on the gui. I started to rework the layout from the first Redplanet gui, which will not no longer be called that as I started to use yellowish orange. This is very preliminary as I will most likely have to resize things as Kv331 as things. The menu boxs on the additive osc which I am showing needs to be larger is very small and will not work with the editor. None the less I think it gives a good idea of where it could go. Unfortunatly to do this one I will not be able to use font from the editor for everything because I have added to my fx to the layer to build up the image, the only way I can uses the editors text is have solid color which is sort of boring.

Looks nice, a few minor things:
-The cables are somehow unfit for the GUI, maybe it can change if you'll add more, or completely remove them
-Doesn't the additive editor have waveform icons? :)
-The "Oscillator 1&2 and Filter 1&2 selector needs to be just a little bit more outlined. To show that you are working with the different modules

So far so good, just keep the attitude; cheers! :P

damn I left the wires in just for you! I thought you'd like them. Oh well, they are going to be dumped dont worry about it I let them there just for fun. If I was going to keep them I'd have to do it in 3D to get them right, painting them in is ok in some places but something like that really needs a little more to look good.

The additive does not have waveform icons, only the basic osc and wavetable...unless something has been changed on the gui since I sent it to KV331. This GUI would not uses those, it will be a menu selection w/text, simply no room for those graphics on this one.

The modules will change I have to resize them hieght wise yet, the whole gui will be bigger but not wider. I am doing my best to keep it down. There will be some seperation between them and the center area, I just haven't gone that far yet. Have to keep in mind how they loaded into the editor so that nothing conflicts with how things have to be set up there.

Dunno if you have the latest build, Hlis. About the wires: I'd really love them if there would be much more. Providing some industrial feeling.
So if you want them, fill it with wires, but if you don't then don't put any.
Then prepare that the names won't fit in the boxes.
Bulent will make tons of new parameters for the powerfilters.
Btw as minor details, didn't you think about some electricity going on? ;)

Just update to the latest

Dont worry I havent changed anything on the UI except replacing additive osc waveform dropdowns with graphics (i.e. wrote a new dropdown control that displays the waveform instead of its name)

I'll be quite busy working on

1. Updating the filter codes for the new "distortion" implementation
2. Implementing the mod matrix
3. Implementing the new reverb

In the mean time I'll try to work with Jonathan on the new skin. The above changes will last until the end of February.

I got back to work on it tonight. I took a break to do a supercore gui now that its done I'll be back to SM2 100%. I'll update SM in the morning but much will depend on the what new features will be like what will have to be add or changed, I don't want to get to far ahead of myself in the design and have to adjust every single detail or drop things I put time into.
