Have a new receptor 2 and headphone out works fine as does SPDIF out , but there appears to signal from the analog outputs .
I assume one can just plug 1/4 " jacks into these and connect it to a mixing desk or similar but there is no output.

Have post a support ticket but of course it's daylight here while it's night over there.

Can't anything re this as a problem in faq or this forum

Solution needed urgently gig Saturday.

Arjayiii,

When I received my new Receptor 1 about a year and a half ago, I had a problem with no analog output from the main outs as well as no headphone outputs. It turns out that a ribbon cable connector was loose on what I assume was the audio card inside the unit. (There are two connectors on the top of that card; it was the larger of the two that fixed it.) In my Receptor, it's the vertically-standing circuit card next to the hard drive. You might want to press down on all your connections to make sure they're seated properly.

Good luck!

Hmmm, odd. When I had my problem I opened up a support ticket, and what they told me to do was just what I told you to do; pop the top and make sure all the connectors are seated. Did they offer you any other troubleshooting hints?

not as yet but my support ticket went in only just a few hours ago , and they wouldn't have had a chance to answer but support did answer the ticket with some instructions to make sure the were correctly selected ( which I head already done) and let them know that this hadn;t worked - so I guess I'll get a reply in the morning my time
in the mean time I'll take it out of the rack where I had mounted in anticipation of use

Thanks for your advice

Sounds like it's the Audio card; I had to replace mine about a year ago ~ similar symptoms...

Hopefully it's just a card connector partially mated. Keep us posted.

Yes most likely the audio card

Just waiting to hear how it will be fixed

Hopefully they have someone in Oz that does so
