EZ Drummer Lite vst doesn't display its interface in MuLab 2.7 or the latest MuLab 3.27. It plays ok.
It opens fine in Live. The .au version works well in Garageband too.
It might be an EZ Drummer problem. Not a biggie for me, but could cause others some confusion.

When opening note/graph editor,
upper part (keyboard/notes) and low part (velocity or other track)
are not always synchronized.
After scrolling or zoomig sync. is ok.

Unfortunately, VST 2.3 editors on OSX PPC machines are not supported anymore due to the heavy changes apple and steinberg have made in their systems meanwhile.

Can you send me a step-by-step and/or an example musession so i can repeat it?Eggu wrote:When opening note/graph editor,

The next version has finetuned behaviour in this aspect.Eggu wrote:There might be an issue with the minimal length of a sequenze part.
I just drew a new part of 1 or 2 beat length.
Then played with the length and moved left or right side.
Though snap is OFF, often the part length seems to be limited, some kind of snap to a a bar or beat, then further reduction not possible, sometimes from the left, sometimes from the right, but sometimes reduction to nearly zero length is possible.
I have not found a special pattern up to now.
When snap in turned ON, and e.g. I move the right end, then the new position does not snap to the grid, but the change of length snaps to grid size,
not always what is wanted (same as in many 3d programs, sometimes you want the new position to snap to the grid, but sometimes you want the change ratio snapping to grid size).
Please recheck once 3.0.28 is there.

In 3.0.27, the mouse position info box in the composer is only updated on mouse click. This will be fixed in 3.0.28.

It seems that the compressor is not always functioning. At first I thought it didn't work, but I realized that I need to switched the MUX on and off several times before I can hear the compressor doing something to the sound.
It would also be nice to have a compressor preset, maybe under Effects > MU.LAB > ROM > Amplifier. It would make the feature more apparent to new users.

You don't need to switch on/off the MUX. Why do you think so?Branis wrote:It seems that the compressor is not always functioning. At first I thought it didn't work, but I realized that I need to switched the MUX on and off several times before I can hear the compressor doing something to the sound.

When I load the compressor at first it has no effect on the sound, so I found that when I switch the MUX off and back on (sometimes more than once) the compressor starts compressing the sound. Even then it can stop compressing after a while. I'll try and make a video that demonstrates the effect.mutools wrote:You don't need to switch on/off the MUX. That demonstrates it perfectly, thanks.
I've indeed found an issue which occurs randomly and i assume it's caused by a rounding error. But once it occurs it distorts the further proper functioning of the compressor. I've added a bypass for this case. Compressor should work well in 3.0.28.

MU.LAB test 3.0.28 is available in http://www.mutools.com/mulab/azalea
What's changed: http://www.mutools.com/mulab/azalea/mul ... hanges.txt
If you have already installed 3.0.24, you can simply apply the latest patch.
This is one of the last test versions. Please report any left bugs!!
Cheers

Apologies, something slipped thru, indeed there still is a loop set for new sequences. Not anymore in the next version.

No, have not a step-by-step example,mutools wrote:Can you send me a step-by-step and/or an example musession so i can repeat it?Eggu wrote:When opening note/graph editor,

because only happened occasionally.
If easy reproducible, I will give the step-by-step.
