Oh... actually... the bug I fixed was 64-bit - only it doesn't happen on 32-bit.runray wrote:Urs wrote: These should fix ui problems in Reaper and other hosts, especially if more than 1 editor window was opened.

Do you have a crash bug too? The only one I know of is related to file permissions - have you tried starting your host in administrator mode?

Thanks Urs. The latest betas have fixed this. The UIs are displaying fine when multiple instances are loaded.ToneCarver wrote:I am seeing a strangeness with the Uhbik-G GUI in Reaper 3.63 x64 on Windows 7 (all 64 bit).

Checked, I trashed the file. Oh well!Urs wrote:These would be great to have. Check this out, maybe it's still there:lschefman wrote:I should have saved the Crash Reporter and Diagnostic logs

Not-too-serious bug with the Cocoa UI save dialog - getting some substitutions of the actual text \n, \r, \', \" for newline, return, ', " when re-saving a patch that previously used those characters. This is happening for any patch, any plug, any host. If these hard substitutions aren't replaced, they do show up in the patch info rather than an actual newline etc.

Ah yeah... seen that... will work on it.xh3rv wrote:Not-too-serious bug with the Cocoa UI save dialog - getting some substitutions of the actual text \n, \r, \', " for newline, return, ', " when re-saving a patch that previously used those characters. On Windows I finally (after all these years) removed the infamous blue lines on the right and bottom edge. Still got some white lines in zoomed modes though.

There was, indeed: MFM and Filterscape need extra attention (they are based on the most ancient code in the bunch), so I'll have them when 64-bit is sorted. Pretty much there thoughlagavulin16 wrote:Any word on MFM or Filterscape?
MFM will finally go to 2.1 with a whole pile of extra presets that I have around, Filterscape will get a maintenance update /w 64-bit support before it sees that major overhaul I've been promising for a few years.

I couldn't resist, as of yesterday I'm another proud Uhbik owner. Glad to have joined the U-he club
64bit betas are running great
Only glitch I noticed was in presets, when scrolling the bottom of the screen tends to distort a bit, like some words get stuck and frozen together with a piece of the border.
But doesn't bother me, I'm just happy to have these babies occupy my insert/send chains
Looking forward to the full release, keep up the great work Urs

I'm stuck in some things (looking for new office space and stuff), but I'm slowly getting there. Plus, a new development has come up, there's a chance to do 64-bit with VST 2.4 on MacOS X.
Will be back on track with this shortly!

^ And after that it's Uhbik-X, right?
Do you think it's a matter of weeks or months?
