Timing in FL Studio.

I just got SynthMaster a few days ago and have been playing around with it in FruityLoops. I've just tried saving a wav to listen to what I've done on a few sets of speakers and everything sounds out of time. I've tried exporting with all sorts of settings in FL studio and it is still out of time. I tried making a basic drum beat in Ableton and everything is OK there (but thats a lot simpler than my full track).

Is this something thats come up before? I don't know whether it's SM, FL or my system..
