Urs wrote:(Inception soundtrack). Whenever you hear a "synth" it's most likely to be a Moog Modular or a Roland System 700.
There are quite a few "filtery" synth sounds that are also Zebra2, for instance the wobbly "CS80". Deep basses were Moog 55 and/or MKS80. Dunno about System 700...

Zebra does incredible percussion... Overall, I think it is the best percussion synth you can buy.
If there's ever a percussion program mode with a way of mapping more sounds to the keyboard, it will easy be the best... and I'll probably be selling my new copy of Attack within the hour!
I use racks in Ableton Live... or I sample Zebra into Geist

I'm thinking Zebras in Maschine will make an excellent Synthetic Drum Machine. ;)

Wow, now I KNOW I'm not pushing my system hard enough... :o
Definitely going to have watch the movie again, listening closely.
I'm glad I didn't know this while I was watching it for the first time in the theater, or I wouldn't have been watching the movie
