Hey guys,
Loving the sound of Diva!! Check out my review and a quick Numan-style demo on my synth blog at http://octopusempire.com
Enjoy, can't wait for the release of the final version!!

Cheers.

IS SO ALANOG!!

Along with ACE it doesn't run on my music machine (something to do with unsupported instruction sets I think) but this seriously calls time on my procrastination on ordering a new computer.

Did I hear right that this will have multi-core support?

Thanks to the team for letting us use this with no restrictions (a Diva in bondage just isn't right!), that's really cool because I'm running it on my laptop which is a very clumsy way of doing things. In Savihost I can't seem to play the synth on the QWERTY and tweak at the same time, I have to click input focus back and fourth... not a problem with Diva though, it does it with all synths.

Cograts to team u-he, the Diva Fever Achievers! :harp:

pssst if you are going to shout it out, you might want to make sure you spell analog (analogue) correctly ;)

Or, you can use the International Standard (USA English) and spell it ANALOG!
hehehe

I'm not sure if it's fitting or disturbing, but Anal and Log are linked together.

Gives the word 'backlog' some weight.

Just wanted to say a word of thanks to Bronto Scorpio for designing some really special patches that show off the expressive power of Diva. In particular 'A Simple Beauty' is pure Vangelis and really reminds me of the powerful solo sound from the intro of Bladerunner. Make sure to tweak the mod wheel whilst playing to open up the real expressive potential of this particular beauty!

Not only is this finally a synth from u-he that I like, but I think it's definitely the best sounding soft synth available and definitely comparable to it's analog counterparts. I love when it's all about sound and not all about features. I'll definitely be buying this one.

is the two finger scrolling bug known on mac track pads? The range knobs twitch from position to position without further input and turning detune moves the range knob as well. Using snow leopard.

Just starting to test it...

bugs go here... http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=333730
Mac track pads have inertia so when you use the two-finger gesture to scroll through values, the parameter may keep moving depending on how fast you are making adjustments. You can turn the inertia off in system preferences to make that stop.

I cant be bothered reading 77 pages..But does anyone know if the official release will be so CPU hungry?

I am using the latest MacBook Pro (Lion) Ableton with 8 gig ram and i get 24% to 55% CPU usage.

I absolutely love my Uhe Ubhik :-)
