... or people could post comments? I don't know whether adding appropriate comments would send even more people to that vid, though...

I'd go with the video response Hakey suggested or populating youtube with more demos that show it properly, so that ends up not first on the list and looks like an outlier. Youtube comments are kinda like barking at the moon.Howard wrote:... or people could post comments? I don't know whether adding appropriate comments would send even more people to that vid, though...

Would you mind if I posted a video or two, Howard? I had planned on doing so this weekend but I think I could crank something out tonight. Probably won't of the same quality of your videos but I have some ideas to show off some of Diva's unique sounds and features.

The guy's done 'first tests' of Ozone 5 and the Brainworx Vertigo compressor as well that are equally amateurish. The Ozone ones don't have sound, which is possibly just as well as the video shows it clipping quite badly. And the Vertigo one is no landmark in YouTube video making either. The best part? Go to his site and he's selling mastering services. You could not make it up.Howard wrote:... or people could post comments? It's the last thing I'd try on a synth! So last it would never happen.izonin wrote:Trancey plucks is the thing everyone is going to try first on the synth. The days of Jan Hammer-like soloing are long gone.

Hopefully he will take it down. You might want to do a beta test disclaimer next time where releasing video footage publicaly during beta testing period is forbidden, or something like that. Or is that going a bit too far, perhaps?Howard wrote:OK, I sent the guy a friendly message. Let's see what happens...

Would you mind posting the bits, please? So I wouldn't have to do it on my own. That looks way better to me.Teksonik wrote:I really find Red to be rough on the eyes for extended periods of tweaking so............
