Psst, we dont have granular synthesis, resampling, and wave morphing yet :D

Resampling? -> converting a regular sample into a wavesequence.

Morphing? -> based on a time/frequency pattern, just morph between 2 waveforms.
Hi Bulent,

Wavesequencing is already possible with the wavetable osc and a Step LFO. I already made a preset based on this.

In terms of resampling i recently started to try additive synthesis with Synthmaster 2.5. For the first try i used Camel Audio Cameleon 5000 to do resynthesis and reprogram this in Synthmaster 2.5 but i found that i get better results if i just use a signal analyzer wit FFT analysis (with the "Log" switch off) like the free one here: http://www.rs-met.com/freebies.html

I'll post a few examples of those additive sounds soon.

I think initially I can add a menu to convert an existing SFZ into a wavesequence. Anyhow, will think further on this.

Alow me to bump this topic a bit. I tried Cryforce's additive supersaw method and it sound better. Not that big difference when free running though. But it lead me to theory.

Kv33l, do you detune OSC's in classic stacking mode by same values to the positive / negaive?
I think this hand made supersaw sounds a bit better, becouse detune increasment or decreasment is slightly different on each voice. Voices then doesn't come to "almost synced and loud" as they are in relatively random phases...
Don't know if it's the reason, but it make sense.
Comparison: First CFA's method of additive supersaw. Then equivalent in normal OSC stacking. Both not free running to hear the difference.

What's a Supersaw? Does it have some sort of Diamond blade for cutting through stuff?

Cheers
