It all depends what you want to achieve.
I'm creating scenes for live gig, so I'm obviously gonna use snapshot banks to switch quickly between patches. Using the long LSB and MSB command for snapshot banks seems to reload the bank everytime. Takes too long, and I got mixed results...
The way I have it setup, I can assign both Kronos sound module and receptor's to different keyboard zones in the same combi. This way I can do anything. So far for me, this is gotta be the ultimate setup for live gig. The only drawback: I have to load the snapshot bank manually. But it's no biggie.
You could use LSB/MSB to load regular bank thought, if this is what you want!

Hi Meo I have been successful using MSB/LSB commands. I don't need real fast patch change so I've just set up regular banks of combis. I have the Master slider on the Kronos sending cc 14 to the master slider on the receptor mixer-channel 16(so i can fade in or out the entire combie) Makes for some awesome huge pads eh? The only thing that i don't like is I have to push the external
button on Kronos control surface to put the Master Slider in external mode.It seem like I cant't have both on the control surface at the same time.

Glad you could work something out. I usualy try to keep the master mixer volume the same throughout my gig so I don't have the same needs. I have enough volume to look after as it is.
I hope I was able to help you.
Best Regards,
