Yep. With final release. We still try to make it before x-mas :)

(and I also think that we'll get that final issue on Win fixed today for a new beta)

But the sound of Diva is absolutely incredible. :D
It's hard to compare cpu when patches require such different amounts. With the ms-x0 highpass up high my cpu goes nuts on just three notes while with jupiter based patches i can play several notes on several instances

Urs: Maybe it would be a good idea to add 4-5 presets using different amounts of cpu in the next beta so people could compare and see how many notes they can play with them

Splendid news. I've been holding back on asking for the last few days (as I'm sure many others have been too!) knowing that I'll come soon but still lovely to hear we'll have a new version to dable with in the next 24hrs or so.

My main studio machine is an Quad Core but I'm running Diva with ease on my MacBook Pro, which is a 2009 2.8 Ghz dual core. It might be your audio drivers that a giving you grief.

Thanks for the informations. I play DIVA with SAVIHost and since I have this high CPU problems but with Cubase and Reaper I do not have these problems. I think SAVIHost make the problem.

I had to mostly abandon the two higher render settings and go for the one above draft on my Core Duo 2 2.5ghz, but it still sound good at that quality.

The delay is synced but can't be no-synced actually!

Can someone please explain how the values tranlates? :hihi:

Urs always seems to use logical and practical values but sometimes it takes a bit to figure out what they are

Yes, we have mentioned the desire to have a non-synced delay. Right now for example I'm working on an arrhythmic piece that changes tempo in order to change the speed of the synced delays, arppegiations, etc. It would be useful to be able to alter the delay without having to alter the tempo. But I have no idea whether it should be included in this brilliant synth, or at this stage, or not

ah cool....d'loaded it at about 3 this morning, so didn't get much chance to play - certainly not to a click...i assumed cuz there was no 'sync' button that it was non-synced to live up to some idea of authenticity...

will play later

thanks :D

I think it should go to a DIVA user personally! :)
