Yes ;)

Howard, is there a way to map the voice source to the panorama? Something like in Ace would be nice or another solution to spread the different voices from the stack more easy and randomly in the panorama.

But of course. Find "PanMod" knob (MAIN / AMP & PAN) and select "Voice" as its mod source.

Yeah. that's is it! Thanks Howard!
Great work Urs/Howard/Clement!!

I like how the "digital" Dual VCOs got relabeled to "ideal" :hihi:

"TriangleShape" :? .. the saw wave seem different as well.

So "analog2" is for the Jupiter 8?
Actually, I'm not quite sure...

If it's a bug then we have to wait for Clemens to come back from holidays...

Was the DC-offsets "fade in" problem solved?

I can't hear a difference in snappiness, but that may just be my ears. :?

It's not a bug - just unfortunate labeling ;-)

Yes, the attack should be much cleaner now, without lowfrequent artifacts.

(There is a possibility of a millisecond of artifacts, but I'm not quite sure if it's worth going after that)

I spoke too soon, I can hear an obvious difference in one of my patches. :)

Some nice patches - very much vintage Howard Scarr. :tu:

Backup your work! Read the text file that comes with it!

If all goes well I'll post it officially in a few hours.

Hi Urs,

installed the new Windows version and works fine so far. I kept the old version too (with renaming) so i could correct my own presets by 1:1 comparison.

Here is what i found:
- Entering the registration code seems to work fine
- the up/down switch for the patch selection works now which is nice
- the error in the octave switch of OSC 1 is solved which is VERY nice...
- voice stacking is nice but a "real" unison would be nice. Anyway it would be better to add as an additional feature as the current implementation has it's strenghts too!
- the Jupiter 8 filter still misses a 12dB/24dB switch
- i had to copy the "Presets" folder to ...\vstplugins\U-He\Diva\Diva.data\Presets\Diva to get it work (like in the previous version)

Many thanks for the hint. This will be great for some nice future presets, after i corrected my old ones...

BTW in the old version the VoiceMap seemed to be automatically assigned to the Pan. In the new version i have to assign "VoiceMap" to the Pan modulation for the same effect. As i used this in most of my presets this will take a little work.

It's great having some of Howard's presets. Some of them are fantastic, and sound like nothing I've ever heard before.

It seems you have implemented also stacking of voices! Great!
Detune the stacked voices and spread or stuff this works with the voice mapping page?
It was already a hidden feature before - I managed to make a stacked preset in my very second preset I posted here (WIP2)

467 is working fine here (Win7 64 bit, Sonar 8.5). The new presets had me writing some new music. Now it's time to create a few of my own.
I wish I could sing as well as the voices inside my head...

If it's somewhat improved (I'm not expecting it to be low CPU at all, just looking for a few more voices) in the next beta, then I'd definitely buy a license now.
Sorry, but cpu won't be improved...

I have a very last moment bug that I want to fix. Otherwise I would have posted the current build.
I still may buy anyway. Perhaps I'll just stick to basses and leads (or just go to Fast mode and improve the quality on render).
That's what I did. It still sounds good in fast mode and a couple of notes with high resonance doesn't bring my CPU to its knees.

Yes (besides spread since it is not stereo)... you can set on the trimmers page... you also have random as a modulator... with the voice mapper you can use the unison to do stacked chords
