Hi Urs!

I'm almost certain you remember me by now... ;P I have had problems with Digital River GmbH (share-it!) every single time I try to buy your stuff. They keep rejecting all my cards, both private and company without any explanation and I have no problems on other sitestores at all, just Share-It... :(

I really love your stuff and own both Zebra, ACE and many patchsets. Now I wanted to buy DIVA and the same problem again. :( This problem is the only "bad" thing I have to say (as you have always helped me out with alternative ways of paying you).

But it would be very nice if I don't have to mail/message you every time for both our conveniance right? ;)

You can always PayPal me directly (add 19% tax if within EU) to urs at u-he dot com and put e.g. "Diva Order" in the subject line. I will typically respond within 10 hours, often within minutes.

I hate ShareIt so much. I actually have an email account called "fuckshareit" because it refused to let me use my normal email account for some f**king reason (the same account I'd used for several other orders).

FWIW Share-It "delays" my orders every time as well, incl. my recent Diva license purchase and every past U-he license purchase (one of which I had to go through Urs personally). I have been in contact witht their less than competent "customer support" in the past, multiple times. Time and time again they refer the issue to their billing dept to find out the cause for the delays in my PAYPAL transactions. I am never contacted again. Futile conversations...at best.

Exact same experience here just not with DIVA. I fcuking hate them from the bottom of my heart. FCUK share-it!

Well, I had complained to them several times. Given that our sales virtually fund one of their employees, I would have guessed that it weighs in for some more than the hand signed xmas card I usually got (but none this year, wtf). I'm actually slightly frustrated about their ignorance.

We will move on to something else, but it's also quite some work - rewriting keygens, integrating newsletter subscriptions, automating tax declarations...

Can't say when, but an alternative shall definately happen next year.

I've did my order almost one hour ago and i've changed the payment to paypal through them because i know that paypal is faster, but no money were "sucked" yet from my account...anyway i can play with Diva till the new year! :)

Shareit sucks because it doesn't work reliably and consistently but at least they are not evil. Urs I'm sure you know how evil Paypal is. Please do not support them. There are a lot of alternatives.

Isn't Google checkout working relatively well now? At least I've had zero problems using it.
