Hmmm, it seems to be working ok now & I haven't re-installed or done anything - perhaps it was just a random error???

hi..im having problems with sylenth 1 but not the same one as you guys ..im running the latest fully licenced version check for updates says'' You are using Sylenth1 version 2.202, which is the latest version of Sylenth1. There are currently no updates available, its working fine but i just bought the new ERNESTO VS BASTIAN SOUNDBANK and its saying ''cannot read preset v '' and wont load it up
...any help appriciated

Same problem, legit copy of Sylenth. Has been working perfectly fine since I bought it a few months ago, but now it get the 'thank you for trying this demo' message

I have used Sylenth in 5 midi channels of a track that I have made, but only one seems to be playing up. WTF?!?!?! It is deffinitly the full and licenced version I am using and not the demo or a cracked copy. The track is all but finished, but now it has been rendered useless as I keep getting that god damn message. If I uninstall and then reinstall I am going to loose all of the automation that I have spent weeks working on. This is just not good enough Lennar. This is starting to really anoy me....

hi-sorry i forgot to answer my own post - i have sorted it , u need to download the BETA from the lennardigital website and install that- i think you have to uninstall the original version first but i dont think u loose your automation just un install and re install- reboot then open up you DAW and load your track up should be all there still with the new sylenth in use instead but make a duplicate of your track first just in case

Try registering it in the Sylenth menu (where you select where your license.dat is located). Did you change the location of your license? I think if you just copy your license in the same folder with Sylenth it should be alright, but register to be sure.

Why would you lose the automation. That should be still saved in the track?

Right I seem to have sorted it out. It looks as though I had moved the licence, not sure why the hell I did that but....
Thanks for the advice, I did what you said and it's all good again. Life saver and a Legend!!!!

Oh yeah, the automation is all still there. I have lost automation before when I adjust the automated parameter in the actual vst, midi device etc...
All is right with world again though so thanks again for the advice.

Having the same problems with the demo voice, and sylenth randomly changing preset.

I have the latest version 2.202
Tried moving the license file to sylenths root folder, re-registered, re-installed etc.

What can I do?

On PC version it's 2.211 Beta. Other versions will not work with some sound banks.

okay, i've been having a problem with sylenth thats quite different from all of yours. i have a cracked version of sylenth on my mac. i use it for logic. whenever i use the presets they sounds totally fine, but for some reason the sound of the preset will change (without me editing it or anything for that matter) into a sound similar but with different attributes for example it'll sound a lot deeper and watered down (if that makes sense) rather then out there and heavy. the only way for it to go back to sounding the way its supposed to is if i reset the channel strip and reload sylenth and choose the preset.

do you guys have any idea how i can fix this or avoid this? or maybe point me into a direction that could help me.
