Short and simple question - will EP73 Deconstructed work with Kontakt 4 - or is it exclusive for Kontakt 5?
I haven't upgraded to v5 yet, and wouldn't want to install the new player, unless I really really have to.

It will not be able to be authorised in K4 - K4 will not see it as a recognizable library. K5 player won't do you any harm BTW. It is a free download and you can keep K4 and K5 (and any other version of Kontakt) installed in parallel and it won't screw with your ability to use the older versions or load songs which use those older versions.

yes, Egbert is right. you do require kontakt 5, and it is perfectly fine to have both kontakt 4 and 5 running at the same time - they do not interfere with each other at all.

I have this scenario:
I have Kontakt 4 (from Komplete 7) and I downloaded Kontakt 5 player just for this set.
It works fine - no problems.
