Soundflower equivalent for Windows (audio routing between programs)?

I recently read an article or forum post listing a few of these programs (might have been o the latest SOS), which are able to route audio between different programs on Windows. I can't recall the names of these programs though, so I wonder if someone could help me out here? I'm particularly looking for a free solution.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Cheers!
I took a look and at a first glance the Jack seems very complicated and I couldn't get it to work. I'm basically looking to route output from Reaper into a teamspeak-like program's input, and I'd like to do it as simply as possible.![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Jack is a little tricky to set up - that's a fair point - but what you want to do is inherently technical in nature, so there isn't really a "press button a to re-route audio" solution, unfortunately.
Take some time to read the docs and give Jack a shot. It works well ...
Peace,
Andy.

I use Sounflower quite regularly. Jack is basically doing the same thing but an extra level of configuration is required because of the way Windows handles audio drivers.

One time I installed Jack into Sandboxie, and when opening plugins in Savihost, Jack ASIO was in there, seemed like it worked that easily.

Just installed this so that I could record speech samples from net broadcasts into Reaper. Works just fine. Simple. Free. A little meddling with Reaper and windows preferences delivered just what I was needing.RunBeerRun wrote:
