I can hardly believe what you're saying. I've never encountered any such problems with Magix.

If this was true this would indeed be considered fraud by the German jurisdiction.

Anyway, I know that there are several support people/teams and I've had a case where one of those people didn't know about a current offer - he simply hadn't been informed about it! Hard to believe but true.

What makes it a little complicated for the customers is the fact that the different teams are located in various cities.

I would go about as follows: Make a screenshot of the special deal website (or create a PDF), log in at the Magix Pro Audio Service Center and file your complaint there. The team from the Pro Audio Service Center seem a lot more competent than those working for the "Mainstream Service Center" (i. e. responsible for the non-pro Magix stuff).

Once you've sent a mail through their contact form, they'll get back to you. Then you can send them the screenshot or PDF you've created in order to "prove" there's a special deal until May 6th.

I'm also going to jump on the deal next Monday. Believe me, if they refuse to send me a second serial number for free, I won't hesitate to put a lawyer onto them.
