Let's see if I understand this right...
Arguably the most popular DAW doesn't work with (one of the) most popular soft synths. And that's cool. Let's debug.
Since when did this industry stop caring about quality control?
In other industries, this would never happen.

If this is restricted to the 64-bit version, it's clearly labeled as beta and when you downloaded it from the image-line forum it will have said so on the forum thread.urlwolf wrote:Let's see if I understand this right...

So did you download the 64 bit version from the IL forum - if you did, that's the version you have. If you downloaded the 32 bit version, that's what you'll have. You can always log in to your account and download the 32 bit version instead.
Also, you ought to post your probs with the 64 bit beta on the IL forum as that's the only way they'll fix things. If you don't want to beta test, best not to download the beta version.

We can't debug FL, but we've fixed a few issues with Diva lately. The latest official revision is 1593, whIch we recommend to download if you experience problems.urlwolf wrote:Let's debug.
Unfortunately we're still keeping an eye on some issues, hence no newsletter yet.

Hi
I am just testing Diva in FLS11 and have problems with the VST3 version too.
When I try to load the 32bit VST3 version of Diva I only get this message:

When I try the 64bit version (which then uses IL's own bridge):

And after I click "ok" on the "Error" window:

OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit SP1 (incl. latest updates)
Diva: 1.2.1 Rev1593
FLStudio: 11.0.2 (32bit)
Mainboard: MSI Z87-G43 (BIOS: 1.4B5)
Processor: Intel i5 4670K
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport VLP DIMM Kit 16GB (CL9-9-9-24, DDR3L-1600)
Audio: M-Audio Delta Audiophile 2496
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 460
I would help debugging!

I don't know what it is, but none of our VST3s work in Fruity Loops. Please use their VST2 equivalents for now...

Not really. The VST3 version "forgets" its preset name. We have not yet implemented Note Expressions, so the VST2 has a bit of an advantage.Nokenoku wrote:Hmm, strange.
Does IL already know about this?
Anyways. Is there any difference between the VST2 and VST3 version?
VST3 is cool withour bundle stuff (Uhbik, Zebra, Filterscape) because all plugs reside in one plug-in binary and share resources.
