Like already said, easiest is to buy the digital version of CM online. Links to the different versions for computer and tablets are all on the OSC web page here, together with the link to the vault where the CM plugins are.

@Stunkit: No, only CM synths this time so Rhino CM only, you can't use any other version of Rhino.

@Solidtrax, cheers but only one track per entrant now. (entrant = single person, collab group etc)

Got CM196 last night from google play - worked wunderbar. In the CM vault, just select the checkbox for digital magazine Zinio and continue. All CM windows plugins are in one zip file so very convenient.

V'ger, is the Dune BE version from OSC 43 o.k. to use. If I remember it correctly it is identical to the CM version. Please let me know. I am having trouble with my PayPal account and might have a problem purchasing CM. In this case I would have to cut out once more.

Please let me know.

Sorry no, it will be strictly CM versions this time..

Hope you can fix the PayPal issues and join, but I think you can use normal credit card at Zinio too. (although would understand if you're not really keen on spreading the card details everywhere)

Note:
The current CM Plugins package was recently changed to be cross-platform plugins only, before that the name was CM Studio and contained many plugins unique to PC which might be interesting for some so might want to get a back issue for that: (synths like Genesis, FabFilter One, Junglist, Dominator etc)
Lee CM wrote:As of CM185, we relaunched the CM Studio as CM Plugins, now featuring only cross-platform plugins.

CM184 (November 2012) is the last issue of CM with the old CM Studio, including PC- and Mac-only plugins.

For those using dollars, back issues are cheaper here: https://play.google.com/store/magazines ... CAow4b-IAg

It seems that the Dune CM version has a smaller modulation set than Dune BE. I hope you resolve your issue since I always enjoy your submissions.

Edit: I have run out of Zinio vouchers for free issues. Otherwise, I would get you the Zinio issue of your choice. Anyone, have an unused voucher?

Wow, brilliant competition this month!
I hope I'll find some time to finally step up again.
I was lucky enough to get the free Lumia coupon some time ago; amazing synths and FX in the CM pack! Although some of them constantly crashed on me, I can still use my favorite ones.
And the prize list is just incredible.

Good luck to everybody!

You guessed it right V'ger. No credit card details via a web interface - never did and never will. Any way, thanks for clarifying.

In previous contests it has always been based on first price = first choice, second price = second choice, and this continues until there are no more prices left. So if they keep it like that, you can chose your own price, so it's totally possible that if you end up in 6th place for example, that the price that you want is still available! There are so many great prices this month, it's insane!

BF, thanks for the words, I am still hopeful to solve the PayPal issue. They are said to be quite bitchy. Well to be fair, I started the whole trouble when I accidentally used an old bank connection with an out of date bank code I could neither replace nor delete. One click on the wrong one and you're there - including that for two weeks they didn't inform me there was something wrong :(

Enough whining. I am looking forward to your submissions and hope to be on board soon.

Have a nice day you all

And does it matter, what Zinio country should I use to order CM, or it's just localization?

Always best to specify your real country. At worst you could be getting problem, because you avoid VAT, for example.

Actually the Beat version offers one additional page in the modulation matrix.

Btw, is it possible to install the CM and Beat versions die by side, or do they conflict somehow?

Post

I have'em both installed. No problems here.
