Irion thank you for your incredible amount of energy dispersed into this OSC. And of course thanks for the mini-reviews.

Pros: Unique electronic balad track with nice selection of drum sounds and moody melodies and chords. Relaxing and enjoyable.
Cons: You can do a better mix, some sounds can be tiny in comparison with others. Pay attention to the composition, do more variety (specially in the timbres, evolve your sounds) and use new sounds for different parts and you will improve your skills in no time. You will see it.
I completely agree about the mix, as I stated up front when posting the track. The mix is imo absolutely the weakest point of this track. Composition-wise it was a quicky, so not much to add there. As for 'evolving the timbres'... well, it wasn't DuneCM I used in my track :D

Very well done to everyone, I enjoyed listening to every track. Such a great variety of styles as usual.

I voted completely subjectively, giving the highest marks to the tracks that I liked the most regardless of "technical" or "musical" quality or whatever.

Voted. I copied the spreadsheet and scored all the tracks.. Who do I give it to now?

Jeez that was a killer. So much fun though, some really crazy stuff, awesome entries and a pleasure to listen to and be part of it again. Good luck everyone!

Beautiful and deep track. The TRACK, the ONE i was expecting of to be felt, well mixed, with interesting ideas coming in all the way through, perfect timbre sounds and relaxing. On top! Perfect. My favourite. If there would be 6 points to give, this one would be.
That is seriously kind of you mate, and we all appreciate your thoughts and take them on board.

Mate, you don't need to copy it.

·Open this
·Put your name in the top square.
·Set your votes from 1 to 5 points. 1 maximum point for your own track. You can put many 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as you desire to the other tracks. (I only put 1 point to my track and 2 to 5 to the rest)
·Then press the Submit button at the bottom.

Good luck and have a nice day :)

Irion, thank you very much for all the mini reviews, that wonderful compliment, and especially the very specific, useful production tip. Sometimes the little things make a light go on; I guarantee that will improve my use of reverb. :D

Thanks Irion for your time and commitment , wish you the best.

Pros: Punchy and groovy modern track with nice basslines and insane electric sounds. Boom!
Cons: Remember to make more deviantions in the melodies, basslines, and different parts in the whole track. Don't be affraid of using or break the rules despite the style you are doing. I mean, don't be always following what House (or Trance, or Techno) means or how it has to be, or any other style, put your own ideas on them too, that will be your contribution to the musical world and this will make you a best musician. You will notice in time. And who knows, putting new ideas means new, derivates and innovative styles.
Thank you Irion for the suggestions. I would love to receive Cons more often.

I completely agree that more deviations were needed, but you know i didn't use something really incredible like Dune, just CM-505. I was pretty amazed when I came up with that melody and bass (both made from drums) but got no technical possibility or knowledge to take it further. Add the fact that I'm really really slow; a month flies instantly.

Thanx again.

Yeah, i remember that someone was using CM-505 (A drum machine!!) so in this way, my respects.
And i remember someone used also a CM-101 or something if my mind is not tricking me today.

Anyway, i'm wondering why did you use CM-505 instead of any other more synthy melodic weapon.
I guess you like to put your own limits and see what you can do with these limits?
That's a good way to improve yourself too.

Have a nice day, man :)
