I'd give him his refund and a few links to some other devs products like that 1 or, je n'est ce quoi, that other. It seems knee jerk reactions are more common place with them. But, I suppose, I can be a dick sometimes.
i can be a jerk online sometimes too. but in actual life im a very kind and good person who always makes sure he does the right thing. that's very important to me. and if i make a mistake in life i do my best to fix it.
I was being a bit passive aggressive towards a couple other devs in that reply... I really should have coffee before posting in the morning.

Urs and team U-he have some of the best customer support out there. Generally speaking, if you haven't heard from them rather immediately, there's generally a good reason like... it's the weekend. That said, it does appear some of them guys do read the forums during non-business hours too.

everybody make a mistake sometimes, we are all humans. as you apologize and dont lie make you really a fine person in my eyes and as urs said all is good you dont worry! you did the only right thing!
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

Don't worry, really. I think Rob spent the whole weekend with his new guitar, and I haven't seen anything here that would throw him (or me fwiw)

i'm in the other boat, after buying DIVA a month ago i realised after demo'ing zebra 2 that for my particular needs i think i also bought the wrong synth out the 2, i am currently lusting after zebra but funds are tight. so if URS would allow it i would easily swap my DIVA licence for your zebra 2 in a heartbeat OP, however i don't want to incur any fees, but if it solves a problem and its allowed straight swap?

either way both synths are very quite special, i wish i could afford to hold on to diva and buy zebra 2 but at the moment this is not possible.

isn't there a clear no transfer in nine months rule for all u-he software?

I think I have to hold on to DIVA for 9 months but was thinking I could help resolve this situation for the op, I will save for zebra 2 anyways and it's no bad thing if I have to hold on to DIVA
I've heard you can pay a small fee to top up the remaining months to transfer quicker but since I have only had it just over a month I have no interest in doing that

that would be great if we could do that. i would trade with you in a heartbeat. my boat was i bought zebra over diva because at the time i had a very old pc and diva was not an option. im not saying zebra isn't an incredible synth but to me, and the kind of music i make like you, diva would fit much better. sure, i wont 'lose' if i have zebra instead of diva i mean we are talking zebra here but i just much prefer the sound of diva as you prefer the sound of zebra.

Is this topic full of thin, like sine wave with no distortion, trolling?
