OK, cool. :)

Thanks all the effort you make drzhnn!!! :D

Also thanks for EvilDragon to the help and for bugs hunting!
The green voice modul and the highlights on the grid is very nice! But the red knob in the orange surrounding doesn't really works.
I am thorn between grey & green for normal knobs and orange for Mods only.
I see now it's not easy at all to keep the balance.

Cheers :)

How about lighter orange?

Image

I think it works much better than having all knobs grey or green.

Noticed another bug. Set an envelope to v-slope mode. Now assign that envelope to modulate something. Change the amount of modulation and see the v-slope slider disappear!

Post

Thanks drzhnn for this very stylish and functional skin, and EvilDragon for bug hunting etc. It's getting better and better.

I like the idea of having modulated parameters being a lighter orange or different colour a few posts up.

Overall, the UDH colour scheme has a minimalist beauty to it, and fits in well with Ableton Live.

Now if only the GUI can be a bit bigger eventually. At "large" it cuts off just the very bottom bit of the effects module. Don't worry, I've read the whole thread and the responses regarding the size

Cheers!

This is starting to get interesting :-)
Keep it up, chaps :tu:

No. The skin only supports Zebra, Zebrify and ZRev for now.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Too bad for me....

Still a great looking skin and a fabulous effort!

New update:

Zebra.Redux.2014.0826.0105.zip

Changes
- UI: added 3 new color schemes: Cyan Borschtsch, Rainforest and Ravenholm
- UI: added color scheme support for Zebrify and ZRev
- UI: added support for user color schemes
- VCF: changed the order of Cutoff, Mod1 and Mod2 knobs
- Env1: fixed disappearing v-slope slider

Now everybody can create their own color schemes and share them with others. It's rather easy. Zebra2.txt, Zebrify.txt and ZRev.txt files now start with a special code block. It holds all the variables which Zebra Redux skin uses to color things. My English sucks, so it will be easier for everybody if you just open the Zebra2.txt and see for yourselves :hihi: Everything between *** USER COLORS START *** and *** USER COLORS END *** lines is unified and can be copied from Zebra2.txt to Zebrify.txt and ZRev.txt and vice versa without any extra editing.

Zebra uses 8 digit RRGGBBAA format for colors. You can generate new colors and interesting color sets using online tools like this one: Adobe Kuler. The HEX field at the bottom is what you need. That 6 digit value is RRGGBB part of Zebra's color. And the missing AA part is opacity in 0-255 range converted to hexadecimal format. If not sure, just use 80 :) It's 128 in hex, means 50% transparency. Hope it makes sense and helps.

Again, thank you all for your kind words, support and bug reports

Woo, awesome!

BTW, LFO1-4 Amp modulation knob is unipolar, and EQ1-2 Gain knobs are bipolar :) Also, you didn't add EQ puck 3 and 4 colors for EQ2 (they're using EQ puck 2 color). Easy fix :)

What I think might be awesome is if EQ knobs would also follow EQ puck colors, optionally. So that would mean defining 8 more knobs (EQ1_knob_bipolar, EQ1_knob_unipolar, EQ2_knob_bipolar, EQ2_knob_unipolar, and so on...)

Example:

But I like what you did with the user color schemes, thanks for this!

Thanks! And I thought all mod knobs were bipolar... :dog:

BTW, I decided not to include development versions of the scripts in the main archive, just so people don't get confused. Let me know if you need them and I'll make a separate archive.

That's a great idea! Will be in the next update :)

Here's Zebra2.txt with those fixes, also introduced EQ knob colors and definitions, as well as voice/FX grid highlight color, and mod matrix menu color (for those who would like to have it colored differently to other menus). :)
