personally i think the Blofeld sounds like a an old plugin.
Like, Albino sounded better than it, 6 years ago.
might be the bad factory patches maybe?
or i took the damn brown acid again. [shakes fist at damn brown acid]
[not to be confused with Dan Brown acid, steer WAY clear of THAT sh!t]

IMO, both Blofeld and Largo blow pretty much any VSTi out of the water sonically. Opinions i guess.

I had a Bass Station 2, one of the keys died 15 days later……so , brought it back to the shop...
It sounds good but……the most annoying thing on it is : you can't deactivate the keytracking on the filter, it's always 100% or 50%…which is very bad for creating certain sounds……
With better quality and a configurable keytracking on the filter, it would an awesome synth….IMHO
(Novation's quality is not what it used to be, i also have a Launchcontrol, and one the pot died the first year….really disappointed by novation..)

Haven't heard that before. Though everything today has to be bigger and cheaper to satisfy customers.. You need to compromise it somewhere.. Though personally I'd gladly pay extra for better quality knobs/keys for example.commuter wrote:one of the keys died 15 days later

Filter keytracking is annoying bug/synth feature. But yeah it would be nice.commuter wrote:It sounds good but……the most annoying thing on it is : you can't deactivate the keytracking on the filter, it's always 100% or 50%…which is very bad for creating certain sounds……
