It still works but you need to click IN the browser area to remove focus from the Search input, do this and you can then toggle with B again like you want.

I guess immediate focus on the search when opening the browser was requested so often that it was finally implemented without offering an alternate way of opening and closing without typing. I tried ALT+B and created CTRL+B in the preferences, but they both don't work either for me.

Well, I guess this count's as a first bug ;-)

Cheers,

Tom
Agreed, you can get in but not out, my first instinct was to hit the ESC key to disengage focus.

EDIT: and likewise, if ESC killed focus, you could just hit B again to toggle/focus. I could see that combo working.

Reported it to support, let's see what they say.

My Focusrite 18i20 bug is fixed, yay. :tu:

Default Template works mighty fine - finally no more re-doing the same basic stuff every time I start BWS :-)

The + inserters are nice, if only the effects track region would finally work as expected too. You still can't drag an effect to the border of the effects tracks and get one created. While there is a white insertion line shown, if you drop, nothing happens. So you still have to first create a normal track to then move it to the effects track area. That bug could finally use some energetic hitting on the head, it's there for too long now...

Cheers,

Tom

Reported.

Edit: I didn't see the 'ed' on your sentence, I guess they have 2 now. :)

Can you try if you also get a crash when right-clicking on the title of a device in the device panel?
That's my first real bug so far...

I guess the only way to satisfy everyone is to have a preferences option whether to focus on the first field or not when using a letter shortcut that brings out a pane. Hope that makes sense.

I guess the next step here is to have all lower panes re-sizable.
Thanks Teoti for the snapshots. Next best thing to have the beta :)

Thanks.
Here on my Win 8.1 x64 machine it crashes always, I can't access the context menu.
On my Win 10 laptop it works as expected.

Am I an idiot or has the middle mouse button click and drag always zoomed and panned the arranger view?

Can't make it crash here, just menus. Both on the device itself and in the info panel. Could be OS related, as I'm running Win 7, the same as Mr TeoGraphix I believe.
