I was going off of memorybraj wrote:Ah thanks! It actually says 'Owned' for mepheeleep wrote:Under "collections" in the cs shop, it should now say "purchased" instead of "buy" for this pre order.braj wrote:OK, I got in finally, my account had 116 credits, now it has 16, but I don't see A4 listed anywhere under my gear, and on the website it doesn't mention my order either. I didn't get a confirmation email either. How does a preorder product show up in your account exactly?Well, I'm sure glad that is sorted, I guess the other stuff will update in time. I did send in a support ticket so maybe they did something too. Now we just wait for October.

If you have requests for Korg VST features or changes, they are listening at https://support.korguser.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

If I go outside and throw a rock in any direction, I bet I'll hit an IK sale.

I never got mine... Does this mean I haven't owned it long enough? I've had it for a few years now...Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:Longtime AmpliTube customers should be on the lookout for a loyalty bonus in their email soon.lumcas wrote:Looks like there's just one price for all - no upgrade discount for those who already own AT3, is that correct?

Read where? I didn't see any mention of Mesa Boogie in this thread...SJ_Digriz wrote:Seriously, you guys can't read? The amp model will run in AT4, so you will get all the features. If you registered AmpliTube 3 before September 2012 you will have 20 bonus JamPoints applied in your account as of September 10 (last Thursday) morning. Edit - if I'm looking at the correct account, you should have accrued enough loyalty JamPoints from AmpliTube (and non-AmpliTube) purchases since 2013 to get the AmpliTube preorder for $69.99.frankz00 wrote:I never got mine... You can use your existing gear in AmpliTube 4.frankz00 wrote:Read where? I didn't see any mention of Mesa Boogie in this thread...SJ_Digriz wrote:Seriously, you guys can't read? Here's a previous post mentioning this:
The AmpliTube 4 Gear page at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/am ... at4cs-gear states:Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:It is a completely new version, it will install alongside AmpliTube 3 (but you will be able to use all of the gear you have from AmpliTube 3 and from any additional purchases/Custom Shop.Teksonik wrote:Another question.....Does AT4 install alongside AT3 or install/replace over AT3 ?
andOwners of previous versions can restore all purchases and gear with the “restore my gear” feature in the Custom Shop.
I hope that helps. If you currently own a previous version of AmpliTube, you can use the Custom Shop feature to restore all of your gear from Custom Shop purchases and legacy gear.

Hey, Peter, as JMP-1 is a preamp only, I wonder if it was modelled in conjuction with any poweramp to drive a cab, and if any, then what was the model? Was it EL34-100/9200 type (in the regard of Marshallism)?

Good question, I don't see this directly referenced so I've forwarded the question and will let you know.Vasya Mishchenko wrote:Hey, Peter, as JMP-1 is a preamp only, I wonder if it was modelled in conjuction with any poweramp to drive a cab, and if any, then what was the model? For those looking into the new gear including this JMP-1 based preamp in AmpliTube 4 we did publish a video here:
