I checked the win64bit installer at virustotal and it came up clean.

+1. I'm very pleased to have this back since going all 64bit :D ...and it's a free upgrade too.

beely wrote:Very cool to see this - I tried the Mac demo, and after installing the AU version, it turned up in none on my hosts.

It turns out this is one of those plugins where the AU version *requires* the VST version to be installed (the manual doesn't mention this) - it just says "we recommend installing all of them".

So if you didn't install the VST version because you want to use the AU, make sure you install the VST version as well.
I got this as well, installed the VST now Im good to go! Bad news is it crashes logic 10.2 on exit :dog:
Been waiting on this plug for a very longtime and it sounds great!!!!!

Everyone wanting to buy during the sale - it's been going since last year to my certain knowledge - the end date just keeps getting pushed back by a week or two...

I'm finding a lot of plugins seem to do that.

It's a personal folder not a system folder.

It would be a big surprise if Apple would manage an update without any flaws.
Anyway, great x64 update for free!!! Thanks!!! :tu:

I have it installed, the presets are now saved in a proprietary format so I can't just import them into Studio One like I did the old banks, and I have never been crazy about the built in patch browser, but it will force me to save off those patches I really plan to use vs swimming through the 2500 included patches. And the synth sounds the same to me.

It's great that Sonic Projects finally got this out the door.

I don't get the logic in that Sonic Project having spent years building a reputation and receiving favorable testimonials from many artists (http://sonicprojects.ch/obx/testimonials.html) would destroy that by adding some kind of "virus" to their installer now

That is like harikiri, totally illogical

No problems in Ableton though but Logic is my daw of choice, hope they can fix that little issue... Im on 10.9.5 by the way...

If I wanted installers that only installed stuff where I wanted it, it would be goodbye Native Instruments and Komplete

Does changing the presets not change the sound for anyone else? I'm in S1 ver 3 and it's not working at all.

Am I ? Are you sure ? Did you write the code ? I didn't think so. Anyway I've got over 200 plugins on my studio computer and not one of them ever kicked up a warning during install and not one of them ever tried to access my personal Icon folder.

I downloaded the 64 bit demo on my laptop which has the same Bit Defender security as the studio computer . Once it kicked up the warning it got deleted.

No way OPX Pro will ever get near my Studio Computer. Overreacting ? Nope, just being cautious. My studio computer also handles my financial accounts and transactions......not going to take a chance with a wonky installer......simple as that. Sorry if that offends anyone but I could not care less.......
