hope AT4 come soon. in amplitube 3, the speaker sim do some ugly phase frequency boost on speaker sim. i often reduce at 5 khz a little. maybe thats better in 4. also i miss in 3 a Orange Bax Bangeetar, which can do lots things, have parametric mid and can simulate a wah wah with choosable strength. in sample tank 3 is a guitar with amp record, its name is heavy guitar and in edit elements articulation it show Heavy Metal. I wish that i can use a clean guitar of sample tank 3 and use amplitube and i get this sound. because the record with amp heavy guitar sound not good on power chords

I am. We go through this in circles over products. Don't get me wrong, it's obviously going to be a good/serviceable sounding product but they are not redesigning the wheel as far as I can tell. From freeware to Axe FX, it depends more on the maker than the product (bugs and CPU being two exceptions that can kill enthusiasm)Burillo wrote:well i for one hasn't seen many skeptical people in this thread. a few confused ones - sure, skeptical? especially after recent Mesa release? not so much.
Like I said, there will be much hyperbole on both "sides" but I'll likely give it a spin. Can't use it in reason but like the very good PA ENGL stuff I want to know if it sounds good.
But I'm skeptical. Not like in some horrible "it'll suck" skeptical, just skeptical. Know what i'm sayin' vern?

I see what you did there ☺spacekid wrote:waiting for the user reviews before I purchase (if). I need to hear some feedback from this thing

I'm afraid that I spoiled my ears temporarily. I've been programming Revalver 4 and bx_megasingle for 4 or 5 days. And when I just tried amplitube, it didn't sound right. So, therefore, I hope the #4 is a lucky number cause I do plan on buying it, but I'm hoping for a clearly visible improvement in a few areas, Dynamic response to picking would be my first wish. But I'm sure I'll buy it sometimebraj wrote:I see what you did there ☺spacekid wrote:waiting for the user reviews before I purchase (if). I need to hear some feedback from this thing

So, this sucker should be out tomorrow, can anyone recommend a good foot pedal controller for A4? Right now I'm considering the Line 6 FBV Express MkII.

If your considering Line 6, I would look for a used HD500X. It can do so much or just be a midi controller. I have not used this way, but I know it's possible.

Yeah, that's pretty far out of my price range, even used.clintmartin wrote:If your considering Line 6, I would look for a used HD500X. It can do so much or just be a midi controller. I have not used this way, but I know it's possible.

I bought one for $350...
Tech 21 midi moose may work, but it doesn't have the expression pedal.

The FBC is a terrific product for the price, but what I was getting at in an earlier comment has nothing to do with "quality" or "features" but how much trouble I've had over the years (and I've had everything) at getting software/hardware to remember things.
Between the host, the plug and the hardware, things get lost in translation quite easily.

And it is back up and not changed for A4. Oh well. It's nearly midnight in California...incubus wrote:Awesome.
Now, I must insist. I want EVERYONE to post their 3 vs 4 sounds. In a mix please
