 Okay then, respect that.

@Fabian, I like the idea of Mid/Side and output mix control however I'm not entirely sure that these features would be relevant for Nova?

Anyway Vlad's original version was a diamond so I'm early awaiting my next insta-buy. :hyper:

Yeah .... not so sure that is accurate :scared:

Really? :hyper: Are there any that take multiple sidechain inputs?

EDIT: Okay, I was wrong about the multiband w/sidechain thing (but I wasn't trying to sound like I knew everything :P), but the multiple inputs seems to exist only with Waves' C6.

Some eye candy :)

Great work guys, this is fantastic!

Just downloaded and played around with the standard edition of the new NOVA - very, very interesting - but need lots of time experimenting, discovering and testing of course!

One thing I wonder though, is how (or if) it's possible to use expansion and not just compression, on the single eq bands, or if it's a feature of the GE version only - I have to admit that I've only read the manual very briefly (quick browsing really trying to find expansion).

Apart from this a big thank-you - everything seems very well thought out, as always with TDR plugins

I think I've have found the answer myself, looking at "Features added by the Gentleman’s Edition" on your website:
"Support of expansive ratios in dynamics sections".

But then that would be (another) good reason to go for the GE edition (1st reason would be to support your excellent work).

Exactly, expansion is exclusive to GE.

Other differences are 2 more EQ bands, many more slope options for HP/LP (up tp 120dB/oct), equal loudness options (EL trim and EL bypass) and the INSANE quality mode.

What a great release!
Maybe I'm rushing on this but I there are two things I'm missing (or haven't found yet) in the standard version and gentleman's manual:

No internal sidechain HP filter.
No option to solo bands.

No game changers for me so I'll buy GE anyway.

I might have found a small bug...

When selecting "Sum", I'm actually hearing the side channel, and vice-versa.

Win10x64, Reaper 5.1, Nova Standard edition.

That being said, I love your work, guys!

Same great sound quality, same well-thought interface. Nova really makes you want to explore.

Congratulations with this great release!

+1 for multiple side chain inputs

My other feature requests for GE:
Select internal/sidechain separately for wide band even if not more sidechains. For instance, use the internal for wideband and the sidechain for band II.
Also, possibly show sidechain signal in the analyzer? Maybe a dark purple or gray line?
Automatically limit sidechain signal to band parameter? Maybe this is already how it works, I don't know.

Request for both editions:
Shouldn't the left dB scale be yellow since it correlates to the yellow line/area in the analyzer window? I think this would be more comprehensive since the right scale is blue and correlates to the blue line/shaded area of the analyzer window.

I kind of miss some of the lines/data that was in the window of 67P. I thought it was really impressive to have so many settings adjustable without tabs. I guess it was too busy and intimidating as well. But, I can see that so many more features/settings were added that sticking with that theme was impractical.

The web page still lists expansion as a feature of the free edition.
