I haven't had any problems with Windows 10 so not sure I can help, sorry.
Try reinstalling the driver.
Is the problem happening just in your DAW or in windows too?

It´s just in my Reaper 5 DAW!

Have you tried increasing the buffer size?

Shame on me, that was the answer. I thought I could use it that low, but no!
