Could some windows guru tell me how activation works on this ?
Is it a simple registry key or something ? Or an xml file with the serial data stored on $appdata on something like that ?

It's a license file that is stored in C:/Users/Public/Documents/SonicProjects/OP-X PRO-II/license.txt on your harddisk.

Its content looks like

Firstname Lastname ID:1234,ABCD-ABCD-1234-5678-0000

so i have a question.. in the new version of Komplete Kontrol you need a VST to use your 3rd party plugins inside of Komplete Kontrol.
But there isn't a VST for OP-X PRO II only VST3 & Komplete Kontrol doesn't read VST3.
anyone have a work around? maybe

I was putting my name in the license key field.

OP-X Pro II now available for Mac and 64-bit PCs
