But now there is:

Alsø alsø wik the majestik møøse!

The directors of the firm hired to continue the credits after the other people had been sacked, wish it to be known that they have just been sacked. The credits have been completed in an entirely different style at great expense and at the last minute.

Server and database configured from backup to use UTF8-bin encoding throughout. (apache, mysql, php5, scripts.) So I can post funny looking weirdo glyphs now.

Unfortunately it seems none of the "stable" branch software supports the latest utf-8 issued emoticons and so on.
Decided to revisit one of my old projects: Polymoog with Vox Humana preset.
This time not to match the sound, but to improve on the qualities of the sound that i find most beautiful (they may be different for you, so you may think it is not an improvement).

Xhip:
https://app.box.com/s/0erqf5xchj1kb602pw4lsy7ria53ttap
Made it more stereo and tweaked EQ a bit, gave more "bite" to bass notes, increased release on ADSR.
Another good one - could we get a preset?

Sure. :)
Preset for Xhip version 8.1.582.
Most probably it will work in all pre-resizeable-GUI versions.

Used 2 instances because i wanted to tweak filter frequency different on the pulse oscillator than on saw.
If you want it stereo, you will need to tweak the Unison page to:
Stereo ON, 2, 0.05, 0.05
And for enhanced bass notes the Route page to:
Key, +, Output/Volume, -25

Also included a preset for ReaEQ that makes it sound like in that clip (optional - without the EQ it will sound more like the real synth anyway).

Thanks Mutant - I am really impressed by your sound design skills.

Does this one sound more like one of the PolyMoog String presets rather than the Vox Humana preset do you think? It's definitely different from your original Vox Hamana emulation.

I don't know, apart from the sample set you can download here, i can't find any dry Polymoog audio without any effects or not degraded by some amplifier/speaker/bad room/smartphone mic wrong recording technique.

Hey Aciddose (or anyone else), can you please check the installer 32bit version of Xhip effects ?
http://xhip.net/effects/
I tried to run the exe, but it did absolutely nothing.
I'm on Windows 7 64bit.

Installed without issue here: xhipeffects_32bit_r5.exe installed under wine in Debian Linux.

Thanks.

I test the installers/plugins before I upload them.

One thing about the installer is that it requires elevation to admin privilege. If you don't have certain services active (enabled/running) the installer won't show anything at all, even an error message.

The same if you don't run as admin in the first place. I'm not sure what might happen if you try to install it as a normal user without admin access.

This is both the fault of Windows and NSIS, neither of which I have any control over to my knowledge.

It does run fine for me here though. I've just tested it again.
