It's time to get festive and take some time off. Please note from December 23 until January 4 the u-he offices will be closed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from all of us at u-he!

Interesting...as of yesterday, that message was not there...even though it says it was created earlier. I've been to the site multiple times, and this is the first day that message existed.

However, if you purchased a u-he product from a reseller they will send you a registration code via email, not us. Once you have the email with the registration code follow the instructions and our automated system will send you the serial number.
Just to reiterate - I got this far and did do this. As a matter of fact, when I didn't get an email with my serial number within a few minutes, I put in a support "ticket" just in case I gave the wrong email address, which is entirely possible. Too, the vendor I purchased this from put in a support request a day and a half ago.

If this is my fault for a wrong email address, I do apologize, but would you please, please look into this. I'd hate to have to wait until after January 4th to receive a plugin I purchased December 28th.

Hi Bodhisan,

Just to make sure I have the right person, based on your username "Bodhisan" ... your first name starts with an 'A' and last name starts with 'T' and you purchased via Scitscat? I don't have full access to all the sales stuff... but I see your email and the one from the reseller in the support system.

I can see the registration code the reseller sent you has been used, so the system *should* have sent out the serial number email. Just to be thorough could you check your spam folders.

If it is still missing I'll see what else I can do. Sorry for the hassle.

Hi u-he support,

Yes - you've got the correct mystery person! I have checked my spam folders - nothing there. I also have a "quarantine" filter through the school I work at, and nothing has shown up there...again, u-he emails have never been filtered...thank you for looking into this. :) By the way, when the dealer sent you the support email, he used my paypal account email, which is different than the one you guys have on file for my Zebra and Ace plugins.

Ah... you used a @comcast.net address for the purchase...
I can see that you have a different email address for the other products.
I also see a delivery failure message in the support system for your serial number email.

To save playing this out in public and I can talk more freely, can you email support@u-he.com

Obviously, you're not a u-he fanatic like I... :ud: I go to the site several times a day to make sure I don't miss anything and to anticipate the future purchase of Diva...

Thanks, Michael. I just emailed. This is interesting, though, because the email I used with the redemption code is the email you have on file...but obviously when the dealer submits the info, it was the email account hooked up with my paypal...crikey...

That's hilarious, rsp. And not far from the truth...

By the way, all, this was my mistake, not u-he's - and bad timing for me with it being a time of rest for all of us hard workers. In either my anxious haste or...probably my anxious haste, I left out a letter in my email when retrieving the serial number...for crying out loud... Thanks, u-he, for fixing this so quickly.

Sheepishly, Bodhisan

ok then :-)
Well glad you are up and running.
Some of 'us' tend to get very defensive of some of our really well loved companies that usually has above and beyond support (and products).
