Like a dope, I looked in my IK account and have 4 custom shop.
So, if you download and install that, and you want to demo new amps, you need to go to the custom shop and do the trial there.
Also, even if you have an amp that is listed as "new" it's not the 4 version?
Do I have that right?

So, the AT4 that is in my account does NOT allow for any demoing/testing or otherwise trial of anything "4" actually?
I guess that is what everyone was talking about earlier?
So, the only way to use the speaker/cab/mic/rooms is to buy AT4, right?

Funnily enough I bought a JMP1 at the same time as I got Amplitube 4. (paid for AT4 in pre order deal, saw a JMP on ebay about a month later and it arrived before AT4 lol)bill45 wrote:Correct.
My question is. How is the jmp 1, in AT4?
The Jmp in AT4 is good. There is always something special about a real amp but AT4 is more than capable of great sounds. The JMP + the Pig are my favourites of the new marshals

One of the things I liked about guitar rig was you could browse by song titles. Sorta. Does amplitude 4 have any patches that are listed with a sound tag? The browser has a song part.

I really like it & find it inspiring. I have some other amps but this is the first and only only 'marshall' sound I have owned. I run it through a small power amp & eminence gb12 (greenback clone) and love it.dwozzle wrote:How do you like the hardware JMP?
I swing between micing amps and using software depending on the project.
At4 is very good and I find it much easier to use than scuffham's marshall offering (he actually designed the real jmp) though both are high quality.
