Many pages not opening here in Win 7. The new website looks nice, but something is not right.

Ok folks, so what's the situation? Here it seems working in all browsers I checked, including Safari.

If I go in on a machine running Safari under OS X 10.10 that has accessed the Melda site recently, it (mostly) refuses to set up a TLS connection. Anything that has never been near the site before goes through fine. Chrome also works fine.
A Wireshark packet capture shows the connection getting downgraded to TLS1.0 before giving up. Connecting using curl -v also fails. The error message claims this might be due to the server wanting a client certificate (I think this error is probably a bad diagnosis BTW).
For some reason, the browser and server are failing to connect at TLS1.2, downgrade towards SSL3 and, because of the POODLE flaw fixes, the connection keels over at that point. Much of the problem is probably down to Apple not completely turning SSL3 off but rendering it unusable. Chrome etc explicitly disabled it, I believe.
Clearing cached certificates appears to have no effect. I've deleted cache files and used crlrefresh with no change in behaviour. As the problem seems intermittent, what may be happening is that there is some congestion in the network that's causing timeouts during the TLS handshake that forces the downgrade. But because most browsers don't allow the downgrade they do connect. Chrome was showing a connection at TLS1.2.

For Windows 7 I'm getting this message...
This page can’t be displayed
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://www.meldaproduction.com again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator.

Your signature seems to be working for me Vojtech. And the vast majority of the website is fine for me.
However, i did find some busted links on the website, here's one:
http://www.meldaproduction.com/download ... Editor.zip
This is referenced on this page:
http://www.meldaproduction.com/mtexturedstyleeditor
(the red download button, also the documentation is broken too)
There's no documentation on MUnison... which should probably be resolved as it's a newly introduced effect so people are probably looking for info.
I like the new website though, it's definitely clearer and more modern.

Now it's broken again after it worked for 2 days. I can't login and the main page can't be found because of the https-issue. If I enter http it works but does not work for the login page.

And when trying to dl a license of a plugin I just bought, the respective page can not be found. This is a Safari thing, Firefox work fine.Sampleconstruct wrote:Now it's broken again after it worked for 2 days. I can't login and the main page can't be found because of the https-issue.
