I see. Well that color combination is not supported (yet), it is assumed you want at least some contrast between fore and back colors to make things readable. The Top Color must be a rather light color. Anyway you can keep using that color scheme but raise the Luminance of the Top Color to at least 170 in this case.

Working on a simple patch with the following routing scheme
oscillator > atmc > modulation mapper > oscillator pm
I noticed that the block wave curve type (in the curve editor)does not appear to work with phase modulation when the oscillator phase shift is set to source only.

EDIT:I reloaded the patch on a new project, and now it works, surely I have done something wrong.

I also have a question about the modulation mapper, when the module is switched off is only bypassed ,is a technical choice?
it would be more useful that also turns off the signal such as the mute option in the cable editor?

I've had Mulab through and up to ver.6.5.46 how do I get a user key or test key do you need my current key code?I don't have your email address?Will I need to buy a new key?I hope not been a customer for quite some time.

If you want to mute a modulation cable pls use the mute option of that modulation cable. You can also [Alt]+click cables to quickly (un)mute them.

There is a new MuLab 7.0.29 on http://www.mutools.com/mulab-downloads.html

What's changed wrt M7.0.28:

When the Rounded Corners preference is off, button and frame corners are pure square corners now.
Transport panel: The displays for position, time and tempo are now using a consistent layout and also follow the Rounded Corners preference.
The focused module keyboard (top-right of project window) now highlights MIDI input notes.
Added a new color preference "Piano Keys Highlight Color". It defaults to the "Top Color".
Some other micro improvements.

How to update:
Install the complete M7.0.29 package and copy over your current user settings, cfr http://www.mutools.com/galaxa/docs/mula ... ation.html

M7 User Key:
Note that the M7 test user key has become invalid. You'll need a real M7 user key now to use M7 to full extend, otherwise it will work in free/demo mode.

Some of you may already have received their new personal M7 user key eg. users who bought M6 recently. In the other case: The M7 website is up and running now and so you can order your M7 user key via the MuTools shop. There is a time-limited promo for the upgrades!

You'll need a new M7 user key anyway. Whether that's free or not depends on when you bought your M6 user key. But if you did not yet receive your new personal M7 user key it means you're not entitled to a free upgrade and so pls purchase a MuLab 7 user key upgrade via the MuTools shop. It's in promo now! Your contribution will be well invested in further R&D.

Note wrt the MuLab 7 test version: If you would still have projects or presets using the step sequencer saved with one of the first M7 test versions prior to M7.0.16 (dd 6 april) please make sure you resave them using a recent version (M7.0.16 or up). This is because something changed in the step sequencer file format at that time and there is some temporary upgrade code which i would like to clean up. This has nothing to do with M6, it's only related to the very first M7 test versions up to M7.0.15. Thanks! If any questions about this, just ask.
