I had an issue with MF over a digital order. Email server was likely eating the email with the serial in it at the server level (before I got it). I even had customer support resend the email to no result. In the end I got it sorted but it was a big of a problem for awhile..

I won't buy from them any more because of this issue. Apparently my ISP blocks their emails at the server level, and I never receive the product. Ultimately they would give the me the serial# over the phone after I jumped through identification hoops. I did it three times, and it was just too much of a PITA.

Anyway, I have two of the four serials, which have been given to their respective owners, and I'm just waiting for their system to update and I'll call back in about a half-hour to get the other two.

How do people in the US pay for Beat Magazine? I used Google translate to try and make sense of the invoice and couldn't make sense of it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Has to be bank order. They send you an invoice and then you transfer from your bank to theirs.

Not just US, but also Europe I think.

At one point one could pay by paypal or credit card, but when users took their intro prize and cancelled their subs right afterwards, it was changed to "hard currency" only
